An ode to pine pollen and a love letter to existence.

The first ghazal I translated from Rumi’s Divan i Shams.

I spent some time in Peru on the Amazon river. Amazingly my experience there deepened my connection to my Persian roots, reawakened my longing to immerse myself in the poetry and feel that medicine.

From the Hudson River project. Lake Tear of the Clouds is a lake on Mount Marcy and is the birthplace of the Hudson.
